Please note that when you place an order on our website, your download link is sent to the email address that PayPal has for you on file. Please check this email address before filling out the contact form below regarding your order.
If you paid by eCheck (other than by credit card) through PayPal, it will take 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for it to be cleared by the bank. Your download link will only be e-mailed to you after the eCheck is cleared.
For some reasons, some e-mail accounts fail to receive the download link within minutes of your approved order. There are several possibilities:
First, the order is probably mistakenly identified as "spam" by your ISP and placed in "Spam," "Junk Mail." or "Bulk Mail" folder.
Second, your e-mail inbox folder is full, so it cannot receive new e-mails. We'd suggest that you double check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail folder and empty your Inbox.
If you still have not received your download link, don't panic. Contact us as soon as possible. We will re-send your order as an attachment via e-mail within 72 hours after we receive your request excluding weekends and holidays (because an individual will need to e-mail it to you personally, not by our automated software).
Paying by Check or Money Order
At the moment, we are not accepting orders paid by check or money order. If you don't own a credit or debit card, please use your check to pay via PayPal (they call it "eCheck"). Instead of using your credit or debit card, you type in details of your bank account instead.
Your privacy is guaranteed because we do not process your payment information, thus we have no means of obtaining your banking information.

Selling or Showing Your Designs
If you have questions about selling your designs, getting a job in a specific field or starting a business, we regret that we cannot answer your e-mail, due to the high volume of e-mails received daily. We suggest that you purchase our eGuidebooks to have them answered.
We are not a fashion/design company, thus we do not have any need for any designs. Such e-mails will not be responded.
Unsolicited materials will not be returned. They will be discharged immediately. You will not be notified.
Respond to Your Inquiries
Please give us at least 72 hours to respond to your e-mail inquiries excluding weekends and holidays. In most cases, we respond sooner.
